                A NEW 900 COMPUTER HELPDESK GOES ON LINE

      A new technical support hotline will be available to personal
computer users beginning June 22.  The number, 1-900-454-9400, will
be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year throughout the
continental United States.

      Unlike most computer helpdesks, that specialize in a particular
product (either hardware or software), this service will provide help for
both novices and advanced users with any problem in their computer.
Most other hotlines, are only available during business hours on
business days - the DOS Doctor will be available 24 hours every day
of the year.

      Many high tech individuals, experienced in HelpDesk operations
in the South Florida area will be personally available - on a 1 to 1
basis, to help answer questions.

      There will be no charge for the first minute of the call, during
which time we will established whether  we can be of assistance. 
After the first minute the caller will be charged at the rate of $2.00 per
minute. These charges will appear on their local telephone bill. 

      Frequently software problems are related to improper installation
or hardware conflicts. This type of problem can result in frustration
and significant time consumption. Most of these problems can be
solved with a simple phone call.
