 1. IMPORTANT:   Before  running  the OWL Personal Portfolio Manager (OPPM.EXE 
    or   README.EXE)   you  must  include  the  line  "FILES  =  20"  in  file 
    "CONFIG.SYS"  in  the root directory of your boot disk.  If this file does 
    not  exist  on  your  boot  disk  you  must create it.  Please consult the 
    chapter on configuring your system in your DOS Manual.
 
 2. OPPM  requires  DOS  2.1  or  above,  354K  available  RAM, and a graphics 
    monitor (CGA, EGA, VGA, or Hercules).
 
 3. To  read  or  print  the  owner's  manual type "README" at the DOS prompt.  
    Please  be  sure  to  read the chapters on creating a working copy of your 
    disk and starting OPPM.
 
 4. Bulletin  Board  Users:  If you downloaded OPPM from a bulletin board, the 
    demo  data will not be in a seperate directory as described in the owner's 
    manual.   Create  a  new  directory  for  the demo data and copy all *.dat 
    files to that directory.
 
 5. Registered  users  of the OWL Personal Portfolio Manager receive technical 
    support,  periodic  newsletters  containing technical information, news on 
    upgrages and hints for getting the most out of the program.
