Windows Driver Update

<B>Please read and file this important information about LaserMaster's 
Windows driver update for LC2 Release 4.50. <D>This Addendum shows 
you how to replace your current LaserMaster Windows driver with an 
updated version. Keep this addendum with your controller's <MI>User 
Guide<D>.

@PROC HEAD = To Replace Your Existing LaserMaster Windows Driver

@PROC NUMBER = Insert the floppy disk that came with this addendum 
in one of your disk drives.

For this procedure we will assume you are placing the disk in drive 
A, but you can install the new driver from any floppy disk drive letter.

@PROC NUMBER = Change your system's DOS prompt to the root directory 
of the floppy disk drive that you put the disk in.

If your disk is in drive A, type:

@COMMAND = A:

and press Enter.

Now make sure you are in your floppy disk's root directory by typing:

@COMMAND = CD\

and pressing Enter.

@PAGE BREAK = 

@PROC NUMBER = Run the driver installation batch file.

Type:

@COMMAND = INSTALL

and press Enter.

The INSTALL batch file will do everything for you. When the batch 
file is finished installing the new driver, you will be returned to 
the DOS prompt.

@PROC NUMBER = Reinstall your LC2 Windows driver using the <169>To 
Configure the LC2 in Windows<170> procedure on page 6-12 of your <BI>User 
Guide<D>.

This procedure will install the new version of your LC2 Windows driver 
as your Windows printer.
