The Windows Navigator (WinNav) is a Microsoft Windows v. 3.0 application
designed to provide a Magellan, PC-Tools/PC-Shell or XTree like interface
for the Windows/DOS environment.  

It provides the user with many features that are long over due in a Windows
application.  These features include a unique means of launching and exploring
both data and program files; basic and advanced file and disk management
features; the most comprehensive archive/compressed file capabilities of any
Windows application available today, including full support of virtually every
feature of PKZIP/PKUNZIP, PKARC/PKXARC, SEA's ARC, LHARC, CVT-22 and SCAN;
and much, much more.

It provides the user with the ability to merge and control all of his or her
Windows and DOS applications, from within the Windows environment.
