INTRODUCTION TO THE HYPERTEXT DESK The purpose of The Hypertext Desk is to make readily available fundamental information about IBM/compatible microcomputer hypertext. Included on the Desk and in its drawers is a brief description of hypertext and lists of hypertext items: software packages for the production of applications, books, articles in periodicals, magazines & newletters, and bulletin board systems. As hypertext grows, The Hypertext Desk will grow: The number of features will increase and its lists will become longer. You can help in the further development of the Desk by passing along to me any hypertext information you have about books, articles, BBS, tips, etc. Such contributions will be incorporated in the next version of the Desk scheduled for September 1990.
