BDIFF/BUPDATE is a set of 3 programs to be used for binary differential
and updating utilities. This is another standard tool in Japan for
program authors to version up their products.

Diffiles keep Revision Control Systems inside. Diffiles know what
versions to update and keep time stamps. Only the authorized users
can update to the newest versions by receiving diff-files.

Very easy to use. Several versions were tested in Japanese networks and 
had gained popularity. This is version 1.23.

If you are a user of freewares, sharewares, you can update versions to
the newest, keeping records of older versions in differential files 
and save your disk space. You may version DOWN to old files at anytime.
