You should find 14 files - including a copy of this README file - in
the CZAR401 archive.  They are:
  
  * CZAR_PGM.EXE (The BBS/Door game program)
  * CZAR_UTL.EXE (The configuration/utility program)
  * CZAR_BBS.BAT (Example batch file for running in standalone (BBS) mode)
  * CZAR_HLP.TXT (The player instructions file)
  * CZAR_PRE.TXT (Sample pre-login bulletin file)
  * CZAR_BUL.TXT (Sample after-login bulletin)
  * CZAR_NFO.TXT (Sample Information/Rules file)
  * EXTERNAL.BAT (An example 'door' batch file for using the door
		  facility IN Czarwars)

    CZARDOOR     (An example batch file for running Czarwars as a door
		  under another BBS)
    CZAR_DOC.TXT (The Sysop Documentation file)
    CONFIG.SYS   (Example config.sys file with minimum requirements)
    HISTORY      (Log of recent changes to Czarwars and other related
		  information such as that required to upgrade from
		  one version to the next)
    LICENSE.TXT  (License to use Czarwars on your system)
    README       (A copy of the file you're looking at now)

To install Czarwars you must extract these files from the archive and
copy the ones marked with an asterisk (*) to a directory on your hard
disk.  Then run CZAR_UTL to create the Czarwars data files and to
configure your system.  When you have followed all the instructions
presented, you will be able to run Czarwars in stand-alone BBS mode.
If you will be running it as a door under PCBoard (or another BBS with
a PCBoard door facility) you will need to copy CZARDOOR to the
appropriate directory and modify it as needed.  For more detailed
explanations of installation options and considerations, see the
CZAR_DOC.TXT file.

Registered versions of Czarwars also include the following files:

    CZAR_MAP.DAT (original copy of the advanced map file)
    LICENSE.TXT  (replaces the restricted license from CZAR401)
    REGISTER.COD (includes instructions for replacing the
		  'UNREGISTERED Copy!' line in CZAR_PGM.EXE
		  with your name.

Again, registered copies of Czarwars will include two LICENSE.TXT files.
The one included in the CZAR401 doesn't apply to registered Sysops but
is included so that you will have a complete CZAR401 archive that you
can make available for download on your system.  Note that the CZAR401
archive is the complete shareware version of Czarwars.  Any other included
files are not to be distributed.
