Exterminator IBM PC Release Notes
=================================

If you run Exterminator directly from floppy disk, please ensure that the disk
is NOT write protected as the game writes out two files:

        EXTERM.CFG (configuration info), and
        HIGH       (high score table)


The following in-game options have been included:

        F1         (pause game)
        F9         (Toggle music/sound effects for Roland LAPC-1 card)
        F10        (exit to DOS prompt)



Troubleshooting:
---------------

If the game fails to load beyond the configuraition screen, please check the
following:

+ That you have selected a video card that is present in your machine

+ If you have selected either Ad-Lib or Roland sound, check that the card is
  present

+ Disable any TSR's that may be active

+ Check that you have at least 512K of free memory

+ That you are using DOS version 2.0 or later (type VER at the DOS prompt)
