These files describe most of the preset patch settings in the Roland
D-10.  The basic files cover the tones, performance mode patches, and
multi-timbral mode timbre selections.  You can deduce most of this
information from the manuals -- except for the tones in internal RAM
memory.  The cross references by sound name and patch to tone may be
useful.

MULTTIMB.D10	Multi-timbral timbres by number.
MULTTIMB.SOR	Multi-timbral timbres by name.
PERFORM.D10	Performance mode patches by number.
PERFORM.SOR	Performance mode patches by name.
TONES.D10	List of tones by number.
TONES.SOR	List of tones by name.

PERFORM.MOD	Patches by mode (whole, dual, or split).
PERFORM.XRF	Patches cross-referenced by tone number.

TONES.PAR	Tones listed by number of partials.
