SOFTWARE "LICENSE" AGREEMENT

The user, by act of using the software UNLOAD86.COM, agrees to abide by
the terms of this agreement.

Flako Software Associates will hold the user entirely responsible for
the evaluation & use of this software.  If the software later turns into
a pacman game, it isn't Flako's problem!  This software isn't guaranteed
to do a damn thing, or even run on a particular machine.  In fact, it may
change operating systems & processors randomly from time-to-time without
informing the user.

The user is grudgingly granted the privelige of copying the software for
backup purposes only.  At no time shall the number of backups on paper
tape media exceed 1,000 without the prior written consent of Flako Software.
Floppy disk, and magnetic tape backups cannot exceed 100,000,000.

The user agrees to hold Flako entirely blameless in the event the program
does turn into a pacman game, and further agrees that s/he will handle all
legal action brought against the user by Atari corp.  The fact that the 
software does something the user wants done should not be construed that it
will do the same thing the next time it is run, even if the input data is
the same.  If the user finds a bug in the software, s/he should be prepared
to pay all of Flako's legal fees as the result of Flako suing the user for
reporting the bug.
