USER SUPPORTED SOFTWARE

           VITACAL is not public domain software.  You are granted
           a  limited  license  to  evaluate it to see if it meets
           your needs.   If  you  continue  to  use  it,  you  are
           required to register.  The single user registration fee
           is $48.95.

          To  register  or  to upgrade, you may print copies of the page
          below or use any convenient form.   Please  pay  by  check  or
          Money  Order,  as  the Post Office recommends not sending cash
          through the mail.  Checks may be made  payable  to

            I am sorry, but I am unable to accept credit cards or
          similiar billing arrangements and I can NOT send COD.

          If you have any comments about the program, please attach them
          and indicate which version they apply to.


          All  orders should include either 2 disks and a mailer or a $5
          media fee.  Orders should add $1 for checks  drawn  on  non-US
          banks, and $2 for postage outside North America.

          If you want to be notified when there is a new release, please
          include a stamped (U.S.)  self addressed post card.

                                    Warranty

           Disks  supplied by Fliegweg Software are guaranteed for
           30 days.  All other warranties, expressed  or  implied,
           including  but  not  limited  to  implied warranties of
           merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are
           specifically disclaimed.  Neither Fliegweg Software nor
           Rommie G Brewer will be liable for loss  of  profit  or
           other  consequential  damages.   This  warranty will be
           governed by the laws of the state of Arkansas.

           Having  said  all  these necessary legal things, let me
           add that reported  bugs  normally  get  fixed and I try
           to be reasonable about everything.
