If you are updating an existing installation of WinQVT,

   **** Please read release note number 135!! ****

Your QVT.GLB file must be converted into a QVT.INI file,
and moved from it's present location to the \WINDOWS
directory. Otherwise, any setup information contained
in QVT.GLB will be unavailable to WinQVT.


ALSO, if you are updating a version of WinQVT prior
to 4.45, you must discard the old font files and use
only the new fonts provided with this release. The
old fonts WILL NOT WORK with this version of WinQVT!
